How do I register my trailer? All our trailers weigh under 4000 pounds and are considered non-titled vehicles. We will provide you with a certificate of manufacture. The certificate of manufacture certifies the weight of your trailer and is required to register your trailer. We will also provide you with a bill of sale. This may or may not be required depending on the laws in your area. Note: while requirements are pretty universal, they can vary state by state. Please check with your local DMV or BMV if you are uncertain about your local requirements.
-
Do you provide temporary tags?We do not provide temporary tags. We provide a certificate of manufacture and bill of sale. This should be sufficient in most areas until you can register your trailer. You may obtain temporary tags at our local BMV. If you wish, we can assist you in this process.

Where are your products made? Our trailers are all manufactured in Salem, Ohio. Final assembly is done in Marysville, Ohio.
-
How do I store my trailer? It is best to store you trailer covered. If this is not possible, be sure to jack the front up to avoid water pooling in the bed. If you add our leveling jacks, you can lift your tires off the ground to further protect them.
-
How do I care for my trailer's paint?Your trailer is a tool for fun and work. Tools get scratched and dented; this is normal. Your trailer is designed to function just fine with dents and scratches. You still need to protect your trailer from corrosion. We recommend that you inspect your trailer yearly for rust or bare metal. You can use glossy black spray paint to cover any scratches or bare metal.

What is your shipping policy? You can pick up your trailer or we can ship it to you. You can also arrange your own transportation if you choose. We utilize a private transport service. Cost is usually about $1.50 per mile. After you reserve or order your trailer, if you select the delivery option, we will provide you with a shipping quote. You can then decide if you want to accept our delivery service or not. (For estimating delivery charges, calculate distance from Marysville, Ohio to your delivery location, then multiply that distance in miles by $1.50) We will also offer a no rush delivery service; if you choose this option you could save. We wait until there is an empty spot on a trailer going in your direction and your trailer will be added to the load. This option can save you up to 50 cents a mile, however shipping date and cost is not guaranteed. Contact us for additional details.
